FIAT DUCATO ducato timing belt change Hi ive got a problem im changing the timing belt on my fiat ducato motor homegot the covers offand sussed out the timing marks(i think one on fly wheel pin in in pump and mark on cam pulley) ive had a 36mm socket on the crank bolt and a crow bar in the starter ring and cant move the bloody thingim assuming its a normal left hand thread is it possibly right

Hi all, looking at the owners manual it only takes 2 ltrs of oil in the gearbox, can anyone confirm this (it seems too little) Thanks Charlie 2001 ducato 2.8 itdt

What gear oil for a fiat ducato 2.8td? what gearbox oil for ducato 2.8 jtd. a filler plug there,making it much easier to do an oil change,which I would recommend as these gearboxes are prone The hesitancy/surging of the engine can occur in any gear, and as I have already said, it is on part throttle, usually with the engine at lowish speeds, i.e. less tha 2500 rpm. when it occurs one can open the throttle further or back off and it goes away. It will also happen when the engine is cold.
