I’m running an NH-D15 on a 13900k with a 4090, the answer is yes and no. While gaming I typically run mid 60’s to low 70’s, but if I run a bench mark it shoots directly up to 100°c within seconds. A 360mm AIO wont even cool it on bench marks, part of the reason is the IHS can’t get rid of the heat fast enough.
