It will of course be much bigger than far cry 4, this because of bigger map, more stuff, and higher resolution textures. Far Cry 4 is 31Gb. Then look at the size of games like ghost recon wildlands, ac origins, and also other open world games recently made, and you will get an idea. I am guessing this game will be between 55 and 70Gb.
It provided a little bit more of a challenge, but nothing drastic. New Game Plus doesn't require you to play at a harder difficulty -- you just have to play Insane if you want to get that Rook outfit for future playthroughs. I always play on Normal because I suck and thus will never get this costume. *shrug*.
