So I have tried uninstalling/verifying integrity of cache and I even tried playing the game on an alternate steam account neither worked. After this I loaded up steam support and it asks what product do you need support with and I obviously put in Batman Arkham City Achievement/Stats and the only thing it does is tell you to contact WB games support via email.

I have a pc that should run batman arkham city with no stutters no problem pc specs: i7-8700 3060ti 32gb ram 2666mhz but when im flying around or running around the city it stutters like hell Things ive tried: 1. Uncapping the frame rate (idk if uncapping the frame rate even does anything about the stuttering) 2. Ive changed the poolsize value in inc to 8096. 3. Ive also tried to double the 2-Inside game folder, at BmGame\Config\PC, open PCEngine.ini and change: PoolSize=7870 (change here also, just in case so your settings ends well configured) 3-Delete everything at Documents\WB Games\Batman Arkham City GOTY\BmGame\Config, so the game recreates them with the changes above. And yes, you could also simply change the values above Make certain Steam cloud sync is enabled on the game itself, not just the general Steam client. From the Steam client Library page, right-click on Batman: Arkham City GOTY and select Properties > General, then click the tickbox that reads: Keep game saves in the Steam Cloud for Batman: Arkham City GOTY.
